Daily free coins: check your account, eligibility and claim status
Check your member page before claiming so that you do not confuse different rewards or accounts.
Start with your member information
Sign in and open the member centre to check your account, coins and displayed claim conditions. Different offers can have different requirements. Numbers in old articles are not current guarantees.
Follow the instructions on the page
If verification is required, follow the displayed steps and then check your claim status. Whether a manual claim is needed, when you can claim again and the amount available are determined by the current page.
If coins do not appear
Confirm that you used the same account and note the time, message and coin status. Avoid repeatedly clicking the claim button. If needed, send support a screenshot that contains no password.
